* Returns/Exchanges

Returns can be requested by email within 2 days of delivery. Please email: annie@annielago.com and include:

- Order # and Purchaser’s Name
- Item you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photo of piece in original packing

We will respond within 24 hrs.
If approved, we will provide you with address to send your item to.
Return shipping is not refundable.
If the item is returned in original packaging and perfect condition, we will email you a coupon code for the full amount of item to be used at ShopAnnieLago.com.
All shipping cost is non refundable.

Refund request are considered on a case by case basis.

No exchanges or credit will be offered for items:
* Purchases made using discount code or flash sales
* Sale Items
* We do not accept international returns or exchanges
