Items are typically shipped within 10 business days upon confirmation and receipt of payment.
You will receive an update with tracking information when your item ships.
If you have ordered multiple items, the ones that are already made may arrive separately from the ones that are custom made.

* We currently ship to all countries.

* US Stardard Shipping & Handling (7-10 business days)

* Additional shipping cost may be added at checkout for select fragile or bulky items that require additional shipping care.

* Allow 10 days for order processing before shipment.

* Some made to order items may require additional shipping time or if there could be any delay someone from Annie Lago Jewelry Design Studio will contact you with details.

*International Shipping
(2-4 weeks)

*Flat rate with tracking and if prefer insured a additional cost will be added. Expedited International shipping may required extra fees.

*All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Custom authorities require we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. In some occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Fragility/Repair Disclaimer:

* Annie Lago Jewelry are One of a Kind, Hand Made Wearable Art pieces.
They should be treated with Tender Loving Care!

* The Annie Lago Jewelry Collection are special pieces, where the energy of the stones, the craftsmanship and creative process should be admired and respected has delicate Talismans!

* They are not your tipical plastic and metal machine made jewelry.

* The wearer assumes all responsibility in the natural wear and tear that may happen over time.

- Precautions one should take when wearing a Annie Lago piece:

* Keep jewelry dry and away from water, take pieces off when bathing, swimming, washing hands.

* Hold necklaces close to body when bending down or reaching over a hard surface to avoid breakage.

* Some chains and components most likely can be repaired.

* Broken Stones, Crystals, Pearls or damaged natural materials Cannot be repaired.

- Repair fees depends on the severity of the damage and extent of the work needed.
